I couldn’t wait much longer to get my hands on Patrick Rothfuss’ novella, The Slow Regard of Silent Things. It is apparently a story about Auri and her day-to-day dealings. This will sate me for a few hours.
The illustrations by Nate Taylor bring a life I didn’t know I needed to the books.
Also, it smells like brand new trading card game – that fresh cardstock. It’s glorious.
Originally I intended to just read it at Barnes and Noble today but instead I decided to buy it. I wanted to take my time with it. And I wanted to own all of Rothfuss’ material.
A review will be forthcoming!
